We use Grin to manage our influencer relationships. We also use it as a vetting tool for influencers who reach out to us. It is very helpful for staying organized as well as making payments. The reporting features help us decide how to adjust our program as it grows.

  • We are having trouble with the social listening tool not pulling in content.

While recent changes to Grin have been a bit challenging- I am impressed with the over all functionality. I also find the Grin community to be an invaluable resource and look forward to connecting with more people through the program.

I use GRIN when it comes any brand ambassador work, paid partnerships, monthly campaigns, etc.<br><br>The business problems the product addresses: <br>- Monthly Campaigns: creating and organizing our ambassador campaigns<br>- Consolidating Creators: keeping all the creators/prospects organized, making sure there are no duplicates or double conversations<br>- Shopify Connection: ease with creating orders and adding products<br>- Payments: sending/recording payments for our creators <br>- Recording Social Posts: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram <br>- Partnerships: Creating any individual partnerships
  • Organizing Creators: being able to have all our creators in one place and anyone in the brand/company can see - what this creator has been sent, how much revenue have the generated, what is the spend on each specific creator, seeing all social posts by the creator, etc.
  • Campaigns: having the ability to set up monthly, quarterly, yearly campaigns - this allows us to tailor each campaign towards monthly drops, promos, etc.
  • Payments: organizing payments through GRIN - this is so important because it allows us to keep track of everything regarding payment and keeping all payments in one place.
  • Recording IG Stories: with IG stories only being online for 24 hours does provide an obstacle when trying to save content
  • Shipping: Currently GRIN only allow us to add one shipping method, would love to see multiple shipping formats
  • Creator Friendly Portal: wish GRIN had a mobile app - this would change the game!
I can keep this short and simple - GRIN is perfect for all influencer marketing. Helps our team keep ambassadors, paid partnerships, new prospects/creators, campaigns for drops/promos, sending/adding product & recording payments more organized!

I use GRIN daily to check on influencer revenue, impressions/engagements, download content, keep track of monthly KPIs, search for new influencers, and more. GRIN ensures that I have fewer tabs open on my computer. When I transitioned to my new role at a different company, I was using endless Excel spreadsheets, Shopify, Instagram analytics, and TikTok analytics to keep costs down at our start-up in order to keep track of everything. It felt extremely hectic and unlike what I was used to with GRIN. Thankfully my boss was more than convinced to switch to GRIN when she saw how much it made my workday easier and less stressful.

GRIN is extremely useful for scaling a successful influencer marketing program. If you want to work with the big dogs, you need to be a big dog! If a brand approaches a large influencer with spreadsheets and no campaigns, it just wouldn't work and would come off to the creator as unorganized. Most influencers have used GRIN before, and if they haven't, then I'd be extremely surprised.

If you're looking to have no more than 25 influencers, maybe it's not for you. OR if you only sell B2C. Otherwise, I can't see why GRIN wouldn't be a huge plus for any brand.

The Shopify integration in particular makes order and shipping product a breeze. The workflow is also much better than other influencer marketing platforms I have used.

As a DTC brand, we have a great influx and engagement from social media accounts and GRIN makes it super easy to manage it all! We were looking for a platform that could keep all of the tracking and organizations for this form of marketing and GRIN solved it for us.

Absolutely enjoy using GRIN. It makes organizing my creator list 10x easier than using an Excel sheet. Additionally, I love that they recently upgraded their chrome extension to import creators from ALL social media platforms. I love that I'm able to easily categorize the creators and differentiate which social media platform they perform best on. Being able to pull their analytics from GRIN helps me decide whether the creators' engagement and followers are credible.

Before using GRIN, I was using Excel to keep track of my creators, when they posted, their personal information, ROI, etc. It was becoming extremely difficult to keep track of everything. I love that I can easily search for a specific creator, view their stats, see how well they're performing and view their content posted. I love being able to easily view their content because sometimes we receive so many notifications and tags, I miss out on content posted by our creators.

Grin is the perfect influencer marketing tool to plan, organize, and execute campaigns. From prospecting creators, communicating (with templated and scheduled outreach), to gathering insights, Grin makes it a flawless experience from start to finish.

My favorite thing about Grin is the templates and sequence email options. Email templates that you can create are tremendously useful with outreach and communication with influencers at any phase of a partnership. Sequence emails gives you the ability to send automatic followups, making communication management an ease.

We used GRIN to start and scale our Influencer marketing program. It is mainly used in the marketing team but occasionally has been used in our wholesale department. GRIN has been instrumental in helping set up partnerships with a large number of influencers and track the ROI of those partnerships, individually and as a whole. While we mostly use it for affiliate partnerships it has also been key in allowing us to assess the value of working in paid partnerships with large influencers. Having campaigns to support big events such as our Black Friday Sale and half-yearly sale is an absolute game-changer. The ability to easily sort influencers into campaigns, has allowed us to leverage partnerships to get the highest ROI possible. Reach out to new and existing influencers is seamless and easy for us and them. I love that influencers don't have to create an account and sign in as that can be a stumbling block to activating influencers. Our individual support rep is AMAZING! If any questions ever come up she is quick to get them answered and supportive of our program in total. Any questions or issues that come up are taken care of quickly and usually a user error by myself.

GRIN has been amazing in starting our Influencer program. I've worked in influencer marketing for 8 years, and it would also be amazing for people who have established programs but want an easier way to run them (reach out, tracking, payment). It makes everything easier and more streamlined. I forgot about payments in my previous section, but it makes being able to pay a large number of influencers so much easier and collects all the right documentation. Doing large campaigns with BIG revenue goals was awesome! We've worked with people all year, and we're able to reach out to them and get them signed up to promote again for Black Friday. GRIN has also been great for one-off marketing needs. For example, we need 10 videos for ads. We can reach out to a bunch of people and set up the partnership really easily.

I use GRIN to source, contact, negotiate, and execute our influencer marketing efforts. GRIN makes these processes infinitely easier by providing a clear path for campaign completion. The best part of GRIN, though, is their support team. They're super quick at responding and really try to answer every question you may have, even if it's stupid... which I have asked plenty, haha.

Working with brand influencers is the best fit for using GRIN. I don't believe it would be the best tool if you're working on a small-scale team that could be managed manually. I find GRIN has continued to prove its value as our ambassador team continues to grow.

Grin allows us to manage the relationships with our creators - a super important aspect of building a brand. Grin provides us real time data about performance of our campaigns, influencers and creators. With this information, we have better understanding of what works and can apply that at scale.

GRIN has allowed us to grow our Influencer Marketing program from 100 influencers to over 6000+ influencers. Its account management, integration with Shopify and social media accounts, and email functions have all been integral to the success of our program.

We are a smaller team but also to run campaigns with several people because of GRIN. Its search, analytics, and email functionality are second to none.

GRIN is great for brands running consistent influencer campaigns. I would say a bigger brand pr company that leans heavily on influencer marketing is most fitting for GRIN. I use GRIN a few times a week. It's so easy to create a campaign, find prospects with their influencer search engine, and really break it down to find the exact influencers you are after. It's a helpful tool for product launches or rebranding, to help socials grow whether it's followers or sales, or both! It makes it so easy to track and communicate with influencers, that I can't believe we weren't using it sooner! It's a fantastic team that really looks after you and walks you through the system to make sure you understand it fully.
  • Tutorials - even though they are based in America and we are in Australia they were always there to walk us through their platform.
  • Help to find influencers that meet your criteria, whether it is gender, age, follower count, etc.
  • The email templates also mean that you save time by sending an email to a mass group in the campaign. Saves lots of time!
  • It's quite an expensive platform to use.
It's best for obviously influencer marketing, especially when wanting to branch out and find new influencers for different campaigns. Whether it's a launch or rebranding, it makes it easier to have a successful campaign and to see great results.

We use GRIN to manage and prospect our Ambassador team. We have hundreds of influencers we work with to help us curate content, share on social media, and promote our brand. GRIN has helped us keep track of posts, payments, contracts and so much more. It makes our day-to-day tasks simpler and more productive.
  • GRIN manages our influencer partnerships - sends payments, email communication, creates contracts, helps us prospect, etc.
  • GRIN gives us an opportunity to speak directly with new influencer prospects via email and phone rather than social media direct messages.
  • GRIN helps us keep track of analytics and ongoing partnerships so we know who is performing well, who is upholding their requirements, and who we need to move on from.
  • We would like to expand on Tik Tok further and GRIN has been a challenge to use for Tik Tok tracking, prospecting, and communication.
  • We would like to be able to house our referral program in GRIN, but the cost per person is not justifiable. We have to house our influencer partnerships and our general referral program on 2 different platforms. They should have options for you to have a less robust team of customers promoting your stuff on their personal pages.
  • Payments take a few days to load in via credit card... so sometimes we are late to paying our ambassadors if we don't load payment in within 5 days of payouts needing to be made.
GRIN is perfect for managing, engaging, prospecting, influencers, and brand partners. It makes the process easy from start to finish and is pretty much a 1-stop-shop. It integrates well with Shopify, Gmail, and other platforms. It is not suited for referral programs and standard affiliate programs. If all you need is a shareable link for someone, then your money is better spent on a less robust system, I believe.

We use GRIN to manage our influencer program/ambassador program! We're currently managing around 200 creators and use the platform for tracking content, tracking conversions, paying out affiliate sales, managing campaigns, and managing communication between influencers. The platform provides us with a good amount of automation and tracking and allows us to expedite the onboarding process for new creators.

Grin has been created as a CRM tool to manage and track influencer performance. It could be more robust when it comes to seeking out new creators and/or talent.

GRIN is being used to find and manage social media creators. It is used by different parts of the marketing team depending on the individual need. We look to download content, manage social media stats, as well as manage creator conversions and discounts.
  • Allow to users mass send emails while personally addressing creators.
  • Allow all the content to be available in one place.
  • It connects and works well with Shopify.
  • Change the logo for Instagram posts and story posts.
  • Filter content in Campaigns better.
  • To only be able to content from a date range in Campaigns instead of seeing every single post.
  • Grab better stats on individual influencers as well as a group of them.
GRIN is well-suited managing monthly requirements managing product launches allowing creators to receive their desired products looking at content as a whole tracking creator orders. Less appropriate to set up a contract ending a contract.
